     Terms and Conditions 

    • Orders must be placed before 2 pm to be guaranteed delivery by the next working day Monday - Thursday only. Please note orders placed on a Friday for next day won't be processed until the following Monday. Please note this also applied to Saturday Express Deliveries , orders need to be placed before 2 pm on a Friday to receive next day Saturday.

    • Normal practices state that there is no deliveries on Sundays, Bank Holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day

    • Please ensure all shipping addresses and instructions are clear and entered correctly, as any parcels return due to invalid addresses will incur a charge payable by the customer.
    • Next Day orders are delivered the Next Working Day and exclude weekends.
    • All orders placed over a bank holiday will be processed and dispatched on the following working day
    • All delivery times are estimates, any orders placed over a bank holiday weekend will be processed and dispatched on the following working days.

    All delivery cost details will be provided at the point of checkout before the order is confirmed. At the time of placing the order, customers must ensure that all delivery details provided are correct. We are not responsible for any parcels delivered to incorrect addresses which were provided at the time of placing the order. The courier may leave information to inform you of an undelivered parcel, or to notify you that the parcel has been returned to the local depot. Information will be left for you to contact the local depot to schedule a new delivery date or to arrange collection.

    Customs and import duties

    Depending on the value of your order, your package may or may not be charged customs or import taxes. However, if your parcel does incur customs taxes or duty it is entirely up to the customer to cover these costs. As these charges differ from country to country we are unable to advise you on what these charges may be. We recommend contacting your local customs office prior to ordering, to ensure no unexpected delivery charges. By law, all items must be declared at their full price. Hidden Fashion cannot alter the amount to decrease any custom fees. In the unlikely event that you wish to refuse your delivery, you will be held responsible for the original customs fees or import duties and the cost of returning the package to Hidden Fashion. We regret that we can only refund you the value of your order, any fees will be deducted from your total refund. If a delivery is refused by you, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit back to us.
