The first month of the year is approaching the end and you may have had a few slips with the old New Year’s Resolutions by now. Congrats to those still grinding but for some of us, swearing we would get up an hour earlier each day was a lot easier said than done. There are loads of great self-help and motivational guru's available to stream all for free! You'll learn a thing or two and helps get those motivational gears going.
Get Some Headspace
Meditation and mindfulness can have a really big impact on your life. Easing your stresses can help you focus and execute those important goals you often feel too stressed to deal with. The Headspace app is a great way of fitting guided meditation into your day and helping to remind you to actually take 10 minutes and clear your mind.
Stretch it Out
What meditation can do for the mind, yoga can do for the body. Stretch out all those aches, pains and stresses to get your day off to a more productive start. Putting positive action at the start of the day can set you up for how the rest of your day goes and sometimes the week.
