Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt, goods must be returned in their original condition. Some garments or footwear may have labels removed by the manufacturer or wholesaler, this does not constitute as damage. Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on swimwear, accessories and any items of jewellery.

Items can be exchanged for a different size or colour, please specify details of your replacement item(s) on the invoice that arrived with your order. Postage will need to be paid in full for all refunds and exchanges, please keep your postage receipt safe until your refund or exchange has been confirmed.

If you receive a faulty item please email customerservice@hiddenfashion.com and details of the fault along with your name and Customer Order No. we will then contact you to resolve the problem.

Any refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 2 working days
