YOU SELL IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER CLOTHING, HOW DOES THIS WORK WHEN ADDING BOTH TO MY SHOPPING BAG?
Pre-order styles have release dates for when they will be shipped to you, which is confirmed on the product page for each Pre-Order Style. If you add pre-order styles and in-stock styles to your shopping bag we will send you the in-stock items separately within 24 hours of placing your mixed order, then the Pre-ordered styles will follow later based on the release date confirmed for each Pre-order style product on the product pages. You will get separate emails for these split orders, including tracking information for each dispatched order.

DO YOU SEND OUT SAMPLES?
No. We do not send out samples.
WHAT LABELS ARE INSIDE THE CLOTHING?
There will be various labels inside the clothing for which you will be reliable to remove.
Pack Ratio's and Pack Sizes are found on each individual product page;
For example, if there are 8 Units in a specific styles pack and the Sizes Ratio is shown as;
Size UK 6-8-10-12-14 EU 34-36-38-40-42 USA 2-4-6-8-10
Sizes Ratio 2-2-2-1-1 2- 2- 2- 1- 1 2-2-2-1-1
CAN I ORDER INDIVIDUAL ITEMS?
Yes, you can order single items on our "wholesale category". However this doesn't apply to pre-sale items as they come in packs.
CAN I USE YOUR IMAGES ON MY WEBSITE?
Yes, you can use the images on our website providing you have made a purchase.
WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT METHODS?
We offer range of different payment services from all major debit and credit cards, Paypal and Klarna.
DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES, TAXES OR ANY OTHER FEES?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. The final value of your order does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of the additional duties.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order will subsequently be returned to the Hidden Fashion Head Office.
DO YOU OFFER CLICK&COLLECT?
We don't offer click&collect at the moment.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
We are not offering returns or refunds on wholesale items. If you receive an incorrect item/s Hidden Fashion will be liable for the return cost. Please email email@example.com before returning items.
DO YOU HAVE A SHOWROOM?
No, we don't have a showroom.
